The diet
Since the diet does not forbid any foods, it is “by the hour” oriented.
- Breakfast. Breakfast should be eaten in the first hour after waking up, preferably before 12:00. The most enjoyable meal during the diet. It is allowed to eat any products except some forbidden (for example, milk chocolate). They can be consumed in any quantity. Very much wanted to eat half a cake in the morning – please.
- Lunch. Lunch should be before 14:00 Lunch is made according to the rules of fractional eating. Do not combine proteins and carbohydrates in one dish. To give an example, fish and meat are proteins, potatoes and pasta are carbohydrates. In no case should you eat fish with potatoes or meat with pasta for lunch. If you want to eat meat for lunch, the perfect side dish for it will be salad, rice or buckwheat.
- Dinner. Dinner should be before 18:00 At dinner you need to adhere to the rule as in lunch. Namely, do not combine carbohydrates with proteins. - Eating after 18:00 The creator of the diet does not recommend eating anything after dinner. You can drink herbal teas or water. And in case of holidays is allowed a little dry red wine with a small amount of cheese.
The basic rules of the diet:
